Dr. EM Vitug Garcia, is a highly accomplished healthcare professional with an extensive background in various levels of administration. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of two Prime Healthcare organization hospitals in the San Fernando Valley, Dr. Garcia is recognized as a transformative leader. Additionally, he holds the position of Director of Nursing and Faculty at Aberdeen Institute School of Nursing.

Dr. Garcia's educational journey is distinguished by notable accomplishments, including a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Purdue University Global, a Doctor of Health Education from Andrew Taylor Still University of Health Sciences, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Management from California Pacific University. His diverse certifications, such as Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and Certified Specialist in Forensic Nursing and Legal Nurse Consulting, underscore his extensive expertise.

Furthermore, Dr. Garcia possesses a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Health Care Administration and a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Nursing Education. Actively engaged in professional organizations, he is a respected member of the American Nurses Association, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and Sigma Theta Tau International.
